LeetQuant provides a software platform for:

• Strategy backtesting on historical market data
• Research and analysis of quantitative trading strategies
• Viewing signals generated from rule-based strategies
• Educational and research tools related to algorithmic trading

LeetQuant is a software and analytics platform only. We do not provide brokerage services, execute trades, or manage user funds.

2. No Investment Advice

LeetQuant does NOT provide investment advice.

• All content, signals, metrics, strategies, and outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

You agree that LeetQuant is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Interfere with system performance or security

We may restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Data & Signals Disclaimer

Signals, rankings, "top strategies", or performance metrics:

• Are generated using historical or simulated data
• May contain delays, inaccuracies, or omissions
• Are not recommendations to buy or sell securities

LeetQuant makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or profitability.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (e.g. data vendors, cloud services). We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• Data errors originating from third parties
• Changes to external APIs or services

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, designs, trademarks, and materials provided by LeetQuant are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant LeetQuant a non-exclusive license to use it to operate the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access:

• For violations of these Terms
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect system integrity

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LeetQuant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to LeetQuant in the prior 12 months, or $100 USD if no fees were paid.

10. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Availability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Error-free operation

Use the Service at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
